John Fetterman\u2019s chief of staff is leaving her post, two people familiar with the matter confirmed to Blue Light News on Tuesday. The move is yet another key departure for a congressional office that\u2019s been marked by turnover amid mounting questions about the Democrat&#8217;s health and shifting political persona.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.axios.com\/2025\/06\/03\/fetterman-chief-staff-departing\" target=\"_blank\"><u>Axios first reported<\/u><\/a> Krysta Sinclair Juris\u2019 plans to part ways with Fetterman\u2019s office.<\/p>\n<p>Blue Light News has learned Cabelle St. John, who previously served as Fetterman\u2019s deputy chief of staff, senior adviser and scheduling director, is taking over as his new top aide.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cCabelle St. John has been a trusted advisor since day 1 in the office. I\u2019m lucky to have her taking over as my Chief of Staff and I\u2019m confident she\u2019ll do a great job,\u201d Fetterman said in a statement. \u201cI\u2019m grateful for Krysta\u2019s work. She\u2019s been an invaluable member of the team for over two years and I wish her all the best.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>In the last year and a half, the senator\u2019s former chief of staff, Adam Jentleson, top communications aides and legislative director all left his team. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.politico.com\/news\/2025\/05\/13\/fetterman-staff-00344618\" target=\"_blank\"><u>Two more aides departed Fetterman\u2019s office<\/u><\/a> in the last couple months.<\/p>\n<p>In a Monday debate in Boston with Sen. Dave McCormick (R-Pa.), Fetterman said that reporting about his missing votes and committee hearings is a \u201cweird smear.\u201d Previously, he criticized a <a href=\"https:\/\/nymag.com\/intelligencer\/article\/john-fetterman-struggle-mental-health-clinical-depression.html\" target=\"_blank\"><u>New York magazine article<\/u><\/a> about former and current aides who expressed concerns about his health \u201ca one-source hit piece.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019m here. I\u2019m doing that job,\u201d <a href=\"https:\/\/www.politico.com\/news\/2025\/06\/02\/fetterman-mental-health-congress-00380050\" target=\"_blank\"><u>he said in the debate that aired on Fox Nation<\/u><\/a>. \u201cFor me, if I miss some of those quotes \u2014 I mean some of those votes \u2014 I\u2019ve made 90 percent of them and, and we all know those votes that I\u2019ve missed were on Monday; those are travel days, and I have three young kids, and I \u2014 those are throwaway procedural votes. \u2026 That\u2019s a choice that I made, and if you want to attack me for that, go ahead.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>In addition to concerns over his health, some ex-staffers have been frustrated with Fetterman&#8217;s hardline support of Israel and recent meeting with President Donald Trump.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Pennsylvania Sen.
