Trump\u2019s transition team formally signed off on a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eenews.net\/articles\/trump-team-announces-transition-deal-with-white-house\/\" target=\"_blank\">memorandum of understanding<\/a> with the Biden administration in late November \u2014 after such transition agreements are typically done \u2014 paving the way for Trump \u201clanding teams\u201d to head into agencies.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;As per the Transition MOU with the Biden Administration, the White House is receiving the names of those serving on landing teams.
