Outside groups sued the administration last year over a prior pocket rescission, but the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.politico.com\/news\/2025\/09\/26\/supreme-court-foreign-aid-impoundment-ruling-00583052\" target=\"_blank\">Supreme Court issued a preliminary ruling<\/a> that they did not have standing to challenge the matter.
