“I didn’t like Exxon’s response,” Trump told reporters on Air Force One on Sunday. “They’re playing too cute.”
Trump said companies that invest in Venezuela would be assured “total safety, total security.”
The White House is scrambling to expand a Friday meeting with oil executives because of skepticism from the top oil majors.
